Read carefully. By booking any game and checking the waiver acceptance box, you agree to this waiver in full.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand that participation in recreational sports activities, including but not limited to soccer/football and other physical games (the "Activities"), involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Physical injury (e.g., sprains, fractures, concussions)
- Collision with other participants or objects
- Falls, slips, or trips
- Environmental conditions (e.g., field conditions, weather)
I acknowledge that these risks may result in serious injury or, in rare cases, death.
2. Voluntary Participation
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Activities and that I am physically and medically able to do so. I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
3. Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizer, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge the organizer, platform, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
- My participation in the Activities
- Any injury, loss, or damage I may suffer
This includes claims arising from ordinary negligence.
5. Conduct & Safety
I agree to:
- Follow all rules and instructions provided by the organizer or game host
- Act in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner
- Avoid dangerous, reckless, or aggressive behavior
I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the Activity without refund and potential suspension or banning from future participation.
6. Medical Responsibility
I acknowledge that:
- The organizer is not responsible for providing medical care
- I am responsible for my own health and medical condition
- I should seek medical advice if unsure about participation
7. Emergency Situations
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizer to seek medical assistance on my behalf if I am unable to do so. I understand that I am responsible for any associated costs.
8. Media Release & Recording Consent
I acknowledge and agree that Activities may be recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured.
By participating in the Activities, I grant permission to the organizer to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during my participation for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes.
I understand that such media may be used on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and other channels without compensation.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content and release the organizer from any claims related to the use of such media.
Participation in Activities constitutes my ongoing consent to being recorded unless I explicitly notify the organizer in writing prior to participation.
9. Acknowledgement & Agreement
By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that:
- I have read and understood this document in full
- I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue
- I agree voluntarily and without coercion
